To facilitate a clinical-grade nutritional plan, we process several categories of information. This precision-led approach ensures that your plan is physiologically viable.
Technical Contact Data
Name, email address, and phone number used for session scheduling and PDF protocol delivery.
Metabolic Parameters
Age, gender, weight, height, and activity levels used for calculating Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).
Nutritional History
3-day food diaries, current supplementation, and dietary preferences provided via secure intake forms.
Health Context
Optional blood work data and food allergy information to ensure protocol safety.
03 Processing & Usage Logic
NutriPlan adheres to the principle of purpose limitation. Data processing occurs only for the following specific objectives:
Contract Fulfillment
Preparation for the Virtual Clinical Consultation and development of the nutritional protocol. Without this data, individual metabolic accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
Safety & Screening
Screening for potential nutrient deficiencies or contraindications between current intake and proposed adjustments.
Communication
Providing session reminders and technical support via the provided email or phone number.
* Retention Period: Consultation records and nutritional data are retained for five (5) years following the last session to facilitate longitudinal health tracking, unless a deletion request is filed.
04 Statutory User Rights
You may request a copy of all metabolic and personal data currently held in our encrypted repository.
The "Right to be Forgotten" allows you to request total deletion of your food diaries and nutritional plans.
Request your nutritional progress data in a machine-readable format to transfer to other clinicians.
Correction of inaccurate measurements or health history records occurs within 48 hours of notification.
